Donations

Whilst we receive money from a variety of sources, donations are very important to us because they provide ‘unrestricted’ income, which we can use as we see fit to support our clients.

The majority of the funding we receive is ‘restricted’, which means it has to be spent in specific ways to achieve pre-determined outcomes.

Yet we often get a request, or see a need, for something that doesn’t fit with those outcomes, such as a rent deposit for a homeless person, or a payment for a college course, or just a food parcel.

Your donations allow us to be flexible in what we offer and go that extra mile in helping people to rebuild their lives.

Your donation, no matter how small, will definitely help someone to change their life for the better. We guarantee it – and we will let you know how your money is being spent.

How to Donate

There are a number of ways in which you can make a donation to Welcome:
• Set up a monthly direct debit
• Make a one-off payment
• Make a payment as a special gift, eg for birthday or Christmas, for someone else
• Leave us a legacy
