Welcome Charity Shops
We have two charity shops, one in Shard End and one in Lea Village.
We are delighted to say that our larger shop in Lea Village has remained open when possible throughout the pandemic, following Government guidelines for staff and customer health and safety. It offers a wide range of ladieswear, menswear, children’s clothes, toys and games, furniture, electrical goods, household items, bric a brac, bedding, books, CDs, DVDs and vinyl. So do come and support us. You are assured of a warm welcome.
Due to its size, our smaller shop remained closed until December 2021. We were very pleased to re-open in early December, with a focus on homewares. Sadly, however, after just a few days of trading we had to close again due to a water leak, or leaks, from the flats above. It is proving difficult to trace exactly where the water is coming from, but we are working as hard as we can to find the source and get it fixed. We hope to open again soon!

Drop your donations off at:
Welcome Charity Shop, 289b, Kitts Green Road, Lea Village, Birmingham B33 9SA between 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
If you have large items to donate we offer a collections service.
If you are on a low income and looking for furniture, you can make an appointment to come and see what we’ve got.

House Clearances, Furniture Restoration and Home Removal Services
If you need to clear a whole house, you have an piece of furniture in need of fixing, repainting or varnishing to give it a new lease of life, or you have a few items to move to a new home, we can help!
